Account Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and maintain a thorough knowledge of your territory and the opportunities within it.
  • Develop and coach the performance of new and existing dealers by driving bespoke training solutions to support their warranty sales.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with target accounts using our consultative sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with management as required.
  • Negotiate and overcome objections to win business from target dealer accounts.
  • Plan and deliver growth to meet monthly new business KPIs.
  • Regularly review and identify areas for additional focus in your territory.
  • Optimize your diary to maximize effectiveness in the role.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales and/or field-based experience (preferably in the automotive sector).
  • Self-confidence and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and able to think on your feet.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change and continuously improve our business.
  • Highly self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to persuade and influence potential sales.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable proposing ideas and proposals to management.

Salary and Benefits:

  • 50,000+ potential earnings per annum with uncapped commission.

Basic Salary: 30,000 Per Annum circa 45-50k OTE

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - No Weekends

Experience: Sales & Management: 1 year+ (preferred)

Work Location: Working from home & client visits
