Business Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. This exciting opportunity will involve providing administrative support to our projects team and general office functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Act as the central contact point for project-related and general office queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and distribute regular project progress reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
To succeed in this role, you will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to project environments. A-levels or equivalent in business administration or a related field is essential, with experience with CRM/project management software being desirable.
