**Office Administrator - Coleraine - Permanent**

**About the role**:

- Salary: c22,000 per annum (£Negotiable depending on experience)
- Full time / Permanent
- 30 days annual leave
- Local business

You will be working in a key role liaising with the MD and Operations Manager responding to customer enquiries, processing bookings and maintaining financial records. **Dutieswill include**:

- Office coordination, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensuring workers hours are recorded and processed for payment.
- Recording of Accounts & PAYE information including issuing invoices.
- Organise and store files, documents and computer-based information.
- Maintaining staff personnel files and Health & Safety records.

**Criteria**:

- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Methodical, with a good eye for detail, well organised
- Strong written & oral communication
- Business or accounts or equivalent qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft office - Word & Excel
