Our client is a leader in the provision and supply of entertainment equipment.

**Job Duties**:
- Office coordination, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensuring workers hours are recorded and processed for payment.
- Recording of Accounts & PAYE information including issuing invoices.
- Organise and store files, documents and computer-based information.
- Maintaining staff personnel files and Health & Safety records.
**Criteria**:
- Methodical, with a good eye for detail, well organised
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- All round administration experience
- Strong written & oral communication
- Business or accounts qualifications or demonstrate experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office - Word & Excel
