- Use of Sage 50 Software to generate Customer Invoices, upload Supplier Invoices, generate Supplier Purchase Orders
- Support other sales staff with Admin
- Answer Telephone / contact supplier & customers when required
- Update our website with price changes
- Receive orders from our website and organise despatch / courier

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
- Experience using QuickBooks or Sage50 accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
