**Responsibilities**
- Adminstrator / Bookkeeper to assist in the maintainance of the financial records and provide administration support in a small business
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
- Ensuring that the office are well presented, organised & clean.
- Motivate and help train new staff.
- Develop office policies & procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Providing information and responding to requests and queries from Technicians.
- Keeping the office stocked with stationery, office supplies, cleaning supplies, refreshments and other requirements of the day to day running.
- Payroll.
- Liaising with Company Accountant.
- Identification and communication of customer queries and requests to management.
- Bank reconciliation.
- VAT quarterly submissions to HMRC.
- Maintain and provide statistics and reports for ISO accreditation inspections.
- Filing of confidential paperwork and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with the recording, tracking and updating company training matrix and human resources data records.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Essential Skills
- The applicant must be a very well organized individual with good IT skills including experience using Microsoft Office and Excel.

Desirable Skills
- Practical experience in use of Quickbooks.
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
