Monday 5th February 2024We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team in our Coleraine office. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

As an Admin Assistant, you will assist with all aspects of administrative support required including data input into the computerised domiciliary management system.

**Your duties**
- Use of computerised database
- Filing, photocopying, typing
- Sorting and distribution of rotas
- Maintaining client, staff and Company confidentiality at all times and ensuring all confidential records are stored securely
- Advising HR Department of new starts, leavers, contract changes etc
- Attendance at and note-taking of Staff Meetings, Disciplinary Meetings and Recruitment as required
- Assist with the maintenance of client records
- Assist in preparing data required for salaries and wages including verification of mileage claims
- Receiving and dealing with phone calls
- Any other administrative function as required

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include Maths and English
- Evidence of recent experience of working in a busy office environment for a minimum of one year
- Computer literate.
- Current driving licence and access to a car.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Data processing experience
- Telephone experience dealing with clients/customers
- Experience working in a care environment
