Operations Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the projects team and general office functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation, updating, and maintenance of project documentation.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Serving as the central contact point for project-related and general office queries.
- Preparing and distributing regular project progress reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to project environments.
- A-levels or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with CRM/project management software is desirable.
