About This Role

Unit Lead Nurse Position

The Bridge Group Recruitment Ltd is seeking an exceptional Unit Lead Nurse to join our clients team in a nursing home in Monmouthshire.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee nursing staff, ensure high standards of care, and contribute to a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of nursing professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
  • To ensure that high standards of care are maintained across the unit
  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in leading a nursing team and managing care services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
