Care Home Night Shift Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a nursing and residential care home in Abergavenny, focusing on providing exceptional care to patients with dementia.
As a Night Shift Nurse, you will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care, prioritizing individual independence, dignity, and respect for residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic care and support to patients with dementia
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors
- Liaise with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Mandatory NMC registration and valid PIN
- Minimum 6 months' UK experience as an RGN
- Up-to-date training certificates
- UK residency and right to work in the UK
