We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our child-centered team in Abergavenny.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential settings, promoting a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including assistance with routines and activities.
  • Promote the development of life skills and emotional well-being through guidance and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (CYP) is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and young people is required.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins, is essential.
