Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, administering medication, and promoting independence. We offer a range of shifts, including day and night shifts, to accommodate different lifestyles and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to service users with varying levels of abilityAssist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygieneAdminister medication as requiredPromote independence and encourage service users to engage in activities and hobbiesRequirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 6 months experience working in the care sector
- Be trained and registered with Social Care Wales
- Hold a valid driver's license
