About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Support Worker to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people between the ages of 8-18 who require support due to Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a Senior Children's Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages the young people to develop their skills and independence.

Key Requirements
  • Experience as a Children's Support Worker or in a similar role within healthcare or social care is essential.
  • A Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People is mandatory.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 2 on 4 off shifts. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the well-being and safety of the young people in our care.
