About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our child-centered team in Abergavenny.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential settings.
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for the children.
  • Assist with daily routines and activities, helping to develop life skills and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (CYP) is essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and young people (CYP).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, which are paid at £50 per sleep-in.
