Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who will provide high-quality care to our service users, while also supporting their colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

About the Role

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our service users.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing care, which includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. You will also be responsible for providing mentorship and support to your colleagues, as well as observing and recording any changes in our service users' condition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a relevant nursing qualification, such as an RMN degree or diploma. You should also have NMC registration and strong team-working skills. A high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others is crucial in this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of £37,459, which reflects the complexity and demands of this role. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive the equivalent of 33 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off.
