Role and Responsibilities

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at our practice, you will be responsible for managing patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring prescribing and medication reviews. You will also work closely with external services and agencies to ensure seamless patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working autonomously and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Managing patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring prescribing and medication reviews
  • Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner who possesses:

  • Masters-level qualification and Prescribing Qualification
  • Experience working in primary care as an ANP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
