Job Title: Mental Health Community Nurse Development Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Band 5 Mental Health Nurse/OT who holds professional registration and aspires to become a Band 6. Our fast track development opportunities across our inpatient and community mental health services are perfect for someone who is keen to work towards Band 6 within 6-12 months, depending on competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as an autonomous practitioner within a team
  • Develop and implement a package of care in the community for patients with mental health problems
  • Carry out the role of link working within primary care
  • Network with other agencies and develop relationships with GPs and primary care

Requirements:

  • UK NMC Registration/PIN
  • RMN/Dip HE/BSc Mental Health Nursing - NMC Registration
  • Occupational Therapy Degree - HCPC Registration
