Mental Health Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, including medication management and therapy sessions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care pathways and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- NMC Professional Registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
