Nurseline Community Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead our team in delivering compassionate, person-centred mental health services directly in people's homes.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for managing complex emotional needs, including challenging behaviours and personality disorders, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our values. You will lead a team of mental health professionals, guiding and supporting them in providing care in home settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Guide and support a team of mental health professionals, making critical decisions on care plans and interventions tailored to individuals' needs.
  • Person-Centred and Compassionate Mental Health Care: Direct the assessment, planning, and implementation of mental health interventions at people's homes, focusing on creating a supportive and understanding environment.
  • Advocacy and Ethical Practice: Serve as a strong advocate for the people you support, ensuring their care respects their rights and personal dignity.
  • Operational and Administrative Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate quality assurance and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC membership.
  • At least one year of experience in community settings, preferably in home-based care.
  • Proven leadership in managing healthcare teams, with a focus on mental health.
  • Preferred: Additional training in brain injury management, trauma-informed care.
