Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, including medication management and therapy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care pathways and policies.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- NMC Professional Registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and carers.
- A strong understanding of mental health care principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment.
