Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the rights and dignity of individuals, upholding the values and ethical standards of Nurseline Community Services Ltd.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC membership.
  • At least one year of experience in community settings, preferably in home-based care, or demonstrable experience in settings with transferable skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing healthcare teams, with a focus on mental health.
  • Preferred: Additional training in brain injury management, trauma-informed care, or driving license.
