Mental Health Nurse Development Opportunity

Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team and embark on a fast-track development opportunity to become a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner within 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a community mental health setting, providing high-quality care to patients with severe and enduring mental illness.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development of innovative mental health models, such as the Community Mental Health Framework.
- Participate in leadership and mentoring programs to enhance professional growth and development.
- Hold a valid UK NMC Registration/PIN.
- Have relevant experience working with adults with a history of severe and enduring mental illness.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel across Plymouth and work independently.
- Protected CPD time for registered staff.
- Various development pathways and ongoing regular training packages for all staff.
- Leadership and mentoring programs.
- Access and funding for training, including the Care Certificate and Assistant Practitioners Course.
- A robust preceptorship program.
- A bespoke induction program.
