Adult Healthcare Assistant Day Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at First Option Healthcare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take their health care journey to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults or children in various settings, including seizure management, play therapy, oxygen therapy, enteral feeding, and personal care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients within their own homes, while also supporting them outside of the home when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilizing complex care equipment and performing complex care procedures as needed
  2. Supporting clients during medical appointments and other activities outside of the home
  3. Care for patients within their own homes and build rapport with family members
  4. Ensure that care plans and other important information are followed, and any changes are communicated to clinical leads efficiently and safely

Benefits and Salary:

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include weekly payments, a £150 referral fee, and permanent and ad-hoc work opportunities. Our company also offers in-house training and a 3-month rolling rota, allowing you to plan your schedule with ease.
