Adult Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to adults in their own homes.

- Supporting clients with complex care needs, including seizure management and oxygen therapy
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities
- Engaging in sensory play and other therapeutic activities to promote well-being
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care planning
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in adult healthcare or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities
