Job Summary

We're seeking an ambitious and caring Traveling Healthcare Specialist to join our Peripatetic Nursing team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll travel across your region to provide high-quality clinical care to our residents in their own homes. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional care will make a real difference to the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
  • A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
