As a Developmental Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting children with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs
• Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers on strategies for promoting development and well-being
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications and experience in developmental support or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families and children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
