We are recruiting a community healthcare specialist to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Offer expert advice on medication usage and provide guidance on self-care practices.
- Conduct MURs and NMS consultations to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Manage pharmacy operations effectively, including inventory control and administrative tasks.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement public health initiatives to promote wellness and disease prevention.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
