Healthcare Support Specialist

GenesisCare is a leading provider of private oncology services in the UK, pioneering a transformation in cancer care. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you'll contribute to our mission by providing support to our clinical teams, nursing staff, and consultants. Your responsibilities will include performing tasks that facilitate the smooth running of our services, such as preparing specialist trolleys and maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare specialist trolleys prior to clinics and procedures
- Maintain clean environment, adhering to infection control policy
- Assist nurses, radiographers, and consultants in providing care to patients
- Contribute to building strong relationships with stakeholders
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Awareness of UK health environment and customer care
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, private medical coverage, and access to Employee Assistance Program.
