We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our team in Gawcott, Buckinghamshire.

This Care Support Worker position involves supporting vulnerable adults with learning and physical disabilities in their own homes, focusing on promoting their independence and well-being.
Your Key Tasks
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
- Assist with personal care needs and attend appointments as required.
- Engage in social activities, including music and art therapy, to promote mental wellbeing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with residents. Additionally, you should be willing to undergo training to develop your skills and knowledge in health and social care.
