We are seeking a motivated Support Worker in Healthcare to join our team at CV-Library. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily needs and providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Providing Personal Care and Support to Patients
- Assisting with Clinical Duties and Procedures
- Monitoring Patients' Conditions and Recording Vital Signs
- Communicating Effectively with Patients, Relatives, and Carers
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Hold a Valid Right to Work Document
- Provide Proof of National Insurance Number and Covid Vaccination
- Have an Enhanced Updated DBS Certificate and Mandatory Training Certificates
- Offer a Clear Picture for the Profile and Provide Proof of Address and Bank Details
- Hold 1-6 Months of UK Experience Working in a Professional Care Home
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week.
Salary: £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including [insert benefits here].
