Care Assistant Position at Advantage Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care to clients with complex needs
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; full nurse-led training is provided
  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable adults
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
