About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to join our team at Lovat Fields, a luxury retirement village managed by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional, and well-being of our residents.
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Be flexible with hours.
