Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled healthcare support worker to join our team in Milton Keynes and provide exceptional care to a young individual with complex needs.

About the Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the life of a 15-year-old girl and her family. You will work closely with a nurse to provide personalized care and assistance, ensuring her physical and emotional well-being.

Shift Patterns and Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate various needs, including term time and non-term time shifts. This ensures you can plan your work around your personal schedule.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Implement seizure management strategies to ensure the client's safety and well-being.
  • Administer oxygen therapy as required, following established protocols.
  • Engage in sensory play activities to stimulate the client's senses and promote relaxation.
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Pursue play therapy techniques to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
