Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support the clinical team in our busy clinic.
  • Assist surgeons during procedures and support the surgical team.
  • Undertake various tasks in IOL theatre to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Report any untoward incidents and contribute to patient safety and quality management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to adapt.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Confident and professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel to other clinics regularly.
