Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team at First Option Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering personalized care and support to adults with complex needs
  • Managing seizure management, oxygen therapy, enteral feeding, and personal care procedures
  • Supporting clients outside the home, including outings and activities
  • Caring for patients within their own home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and flexibility
