We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Safe Care Division in Durham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting service users to and from healthcare facilities, working closely with police and other professionals. This role requires a full UK driving licence and a strong commitment to patient care.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Supporting police and other professionals with transporting service users to and from healthcare facilities.
  • Lifting, securing, and helping service users in and out of the ambulance.
  • Transferring service users from beds to stretchers, chairs to chairs or similar both in and out of hospital and medical/commercial flights.

You must have a full manual UK driving licence and a commitment to patient care and building rapport with patients. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to our comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, cash-plan benefits, paid holiday entitlement, pension scheme, EAP, and flu vaccination.
