About the Role
As a Full Time Call Centre Agent at Tesco Underwriting Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage high call volumes while maintaining a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.

Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of customers, guiding them from initial contact to resolution, and accurately documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our systems. You will also be required to educate customers on our products and services when requested and possess the ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service within a call centre or transferable skillsets, proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. We offer a competitive salary of £22,250 per annum.
