About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member at Co-op Group.

As a Customer Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
  • Work together with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining accurate stock levels, prices, and temperatures.
  • Support the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to local community activities and events, promoting Co-op's values and commitment to social responsibility.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time contract.
  • Varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
