About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Motion Control & Automation (MCA) Specialist division, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with your designated portfolio, providing customers with information and guidance on relevant Rubix and Matara products and services, and gaining intelligence on customer requirements to insert into our CRM system.

You will also be expected to follow up on customer enquiries and quotes in a timely manner, as well as perform data inputting and administrative tasks as operationally required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with your designated portfolio
  • Provide customers with information and guidance on relevant Rubix and Matara products and services
  • Gather intelligence on customer requirements and insert into CRM system
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and quotes in a timely manner
  • Perform data inputting and administrative tasks as operationally required

  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:
