We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Rubix. As a leading supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services in Europe, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers across the continent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  3. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
