Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Brammer Buck and Hickman, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. With turnover of €3 billion in 2022, our company is the largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services in Europe.
We have a team of over 8,500 makers and doers, based in 750+ locations across 22 countries, who offer specialist expertise in specifying, providing and installing an unrivalled scope of industrial parts. Our tailor-made service ensures we meet the unique needs of all our customers.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, building trust and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services.
Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue through strategic partnerships and new business development.
