About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our tenants with complex health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to tenants, including manual handling, mealtime management, and medication administration.
  • Assist tenants with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support tenants with indoor and outdoor activities, such as arts and crafts, water play, and community outings.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, promoting the independence and well-being of our tenants.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting independence and well-being.
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
