About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic professional to join our team as an Executive Support Specialist. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement.

This role involves providing exceptional support to senior members of staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving forward projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Board Pack Preparation: Compile and distribute monthly board packs, including financial data, project updates, and personnel information.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Edit and consolidate information into professional presentations.
  • Excel Spreadsheets: Manage and utilise spreadsheets for various tasks.
  • Event Organisation: Plan and organise office lunches and events.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum.

Location: Ipswich.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
