Complex Nursing Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled nursing support professional to provide temporary to permanent care in Beccles, Suffolk. The role is based in Barnby.
The individual requires comprehensive care due to complex conditions, including respiratory issues, neurological and developmental needs, gastrointestinal care, orthopaedic issues, adrenal insufficiency, neuropathic bladder, and skin and surgical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage airway and suctioning requirements, potentially involving CPAP or tracheostomy under discussion.
- Ongoing management of severe epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, autism, ADHD, and other conditions.
- Tube feeding, ileostomy management, and reflux disease treatment are necessary.
- Regular monitoring and care for chronic dislocated hip, scoliosis, and osteopenia.
- Adrenal crisis prevention measures are essential.
- Intermittent catheterisation is required for neuropathic bladder.
- Careful planning and execution are necessary for upcoming surgery in 2025 and skin lesions.
Pay Rates: HCAs receive £18 per hour, while nurses earn £30 per hour. No COS (Contract of Service) offer is made.
Estimated Salary: £60,960 - £72,360 per annum, based on 36 hours per week at £30 per hour for the nurse position
