About the RoleAs a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be part of our dedicated team providing care to children and families in Suffolk. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess and manage the needs of young people, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with families and other agencies.
- Manage complex caseloads and prioritize interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children and families in mental health settings.
- Strong assessment and risk management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
- A comprehensive training program.

- An annual leave entitlement of 27 days, increasing to 33 days after five years' service.
