Job Overview: Waking Night Support Worker - Lowestoft

About the Role:

We require an experienced and empathetic Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Lowestoft, providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Main Duties:

  1. Providing personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with toileting and preparing them for bed.
  2. Conducting light household tasks, such as ironing and cleaning, while individuals sleep.
  3. Preparing individuals for the day ahead, promoting a smooth and comfortable transition.
  4. Maintaining a safe and clean living environment, respecting individual autonomy and dignity.
  5. Overseeing the health and safety needs of individuals during nighttime periods.
