Sales Coordinator

Our client, a renowned family-run business with over 75 years of experience, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day workflow of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and administer sales-related tasks to maintain efficient sales operations.
- Resolve post-delivery invoice queries, including debit or credit notes, in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to resolve overdue payments and ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Process new sales leads, assigning new customers to agents and processing new customer applications on the website.
- Assign customers to the correct region and agents, ensuring accurate sales data.
- Update weekly stock sold-out lists and forward to agents and the sales office.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, including tradeshows.
- Provide exceptional customer service, personalized communication, and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare administration for key trading events, such as Christmas, Father's Day, and Mother's Day.
- Provide data and reports to support the Head of Sales, Sales Executive, and Senior Sales Coordinator.
- Share feedback from agents and customers to inform product reviews, stock issues, and non-sales related matters.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and post-sale care.
- Assist with tradeshow preparation and attendance as required.
- Desirable experience in a sales or office environment.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with sales order processing systems (desirable, but full training can be provided).
- Confident and friendly approach to customer interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Must live within a commutable distance and have a valid driver's license.
