Sales Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at u&i Search. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our growth strategy and expanding our business across all channels. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and achieving revenue growth targets.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Grow sales across the brand division, including key accounts and wholesale partners.

  • Develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for seasonal product ranges and new product developments (NPD).

  • Oversee and support our agent network, ensuring they are informed and motivated to achieve KPIs.

  • Manage key accounts and concessions to drive commercial sales and retain customers.

  • Optimize ecommerce platforms to build consumer awareness and drive sales.

  • Deliver top-class customer service to support independent retail partners and key accounts.

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of sales support coordinators to drive sales growth.

  • Accurately forecast annual financial opportunities and identify required investments and capabilities.

  • Closely monitor performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide commercial insights to inform seasonal range strategy and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop commercial initiatives and support business growth.

  • Contribute to the development of the company's business strategy and direction.



Requirements:





  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.

  • Market and industry knowledge within lifestyle, fashion premium/mid-market, menswear, or gift environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and drive business growth.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster strong internal and customer relationships.

  • Proven track record of leading and coaching successful sales teams.

  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to build sound business cases and commercial plans.

  • Passion for products, an entrepreneurial approach, and a determination to succeed.
