Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Audi Macclesfield. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving targets.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is £28,000 - £48,000 per annum, including a competitive basic salary and OTE (On-Target Earnings) up to £50,000.

About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will guide customers through the sales process, providing exceptional service and support. You will also actively prospect for new customers, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and recommend suitable add-on products that meet customer needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a comprehensive enquiry database
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Audi products and services, staying up-to-date with manufacturer-led training sessions
  • Identify and recommend suitable add-on products that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Effectively manage customer enquiries, using CRM systems for optimal tracking and follow-up

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to achieve targets and build relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering first-class customer service
  • A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team's success
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • A Full UK driving licence is essential
