About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Padel Coach in Ilford. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive padel program, increasing participation and memberships at the club.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with customers and staff, and have a passion for the sport of padel.

  • Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An LTA coaching qualification and accreditation.
  • Valid First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills (high fluency in English).
  • Comfortable with social media.
  • A true passion for the sport of padel.
